Apartment & Condo Movers in Phoenix | AZ Valley Movers

High-rise and complex moves done quickly, with the COI and freight-elevator details handled for you

Around Phoenix, what makes or breaks an apartment or condo move is the logistics, never the square footage. The unit could be small, yet the building’s rulebook, the dock window, the freight-elevator slot, and the certificate of insurance are what actually steer the day. For more than ten years we’ve been carrying residents into and out of the Downtown towers, the Biltmore high-rises along Camelback, and the Tempe mid-rises near Mill Avenue, and that paperwork is simply part of how we operate.

Our crews turn up braced for the quirks of stacked living: a haul of a hundred feet from the door to the dock, a freight car that fits one mover and a dolly at a stretch, and street parking that has to be squared with the building first. We blanket the elevator and lay protection over the common-area floors, partly to protect your deposit and partly because keeping the property manager happy is how we stay welcome the next time someone in that building calls.

On a smaller unit we run a tight crew so the hourly clock stays honest, with the rate starting at $125/hr and the truck and equipment already folded in. A Roosevelt Row walk-up, a mid-rise off Central, a tower over Downtown. We match the crew to your floor plan and to whatever hoops the building makes us jump through.

“Booked them for our two-bed off 44th Street in Arcadia. The quote held and the guys were polite, but they showed up about an hour past the window and nobody called ahead. Once the crew chief got there he owned it, knocked a little off the bill, and they hustled. Would use again, just wish dispatch had given me a heads-up.”

“Moved our three-bed near the McCormick Ranch side of Scottsdale and these guys earned the five stars. Crew rolled in at 6am to beat the heat, wrapped every dresser, and the flat number Renata emailed me was exactly what I paid. Gabe actually came by during the walkthrough to check the load.”

Service FAQ

My building insists on a certificate of insurance. Can you furnish one?

We can, and it's constant work for us at the Phoenix and Scottsdale towers. Forward your manager's COI specs a few days out and we'll have the document issued and delivered ahead of the move.

Will you handle the freight-elevator and dock scheduling?

We square the elevator slot and dock access with your building so the truck and crew land while the path is reserved. Loop us in on the rules and we'll work cleanly inside them.

What about a long haul from my door to the truck?

Long carries come with the territory in the larger complexes and the Downtown towers. We roll in with dollies and a deep enough bench to keep the pace up, and the building's layout is folded into your estimate so there's no sticker shock.

Can you move a small studio without padding the bill?

Definitely. A studio gets a trim pair of movers at the $125/hr rate, so you aren't footing the bill for hands you don't need. We scale the crew to the load.

Do you protect the building's shared spaces?

Always. We blanket the elevator and cover the halls and the lobby. Leaving a property clean looks after your deposit and keeps our name welcome for the next move in that building.
